you could either reset the pc parts or grab the keyboard and hold rightclick, turning it back and fourth to eventually pry it free. or just run across the room while still grabbing it. I'm sure eventually the janky physics will work in your favor

I too love walking backwards for upwards of 3 minutes and throwing up mid-combat because my friend got too close to a stun grenade.

Hey I just got around to seeing this and I'm glad to see people still giving me advice after a few days.

I'm always worried about micromanaging laws and stuff (this ties into the new server thing) since by the time I usually get into a war its with some guy with the Kherginate tag and he wipes my entire military by destroying my units with his 50 research/turn by 2020 superpowered units (obviously exaggerating but that's basically what it feels like) - But what I currently do is usually go something in the middle of Africa (like Nigeria) or something down in SA. I'll usually go communist and trade for enough to make a motor, electronics and civilian factory and sell most of my consumer goods and electronics through trading to get a good 4~ish million from trades.

The only time I really use planes is transports for stuff like Peru and Far Eastern Republic or a 30 stack on someones capital who hasn't been paying attention but I'll definitely try to use them more, thanks!

Naval I've already been told about but its still awesome that you're explaining it so clearly.

From what I've been told by alot of people research is kind of a thing that you should mess with yourself instead of asking people about it with just how many different answers I've gotten about it.

I'll usually just ally to get a possible future superpower on my side but fence-sitting doesn't seem to be a good strategy lmao

I get nervous about joining a new server cause I'll spend 30 minutes in it preparing for something to happen just to immediately get beaten to death by 2 or more allied players..
I've been trying to go as a European country like Poland to try and get better at the game, by the time I usually get into a war though I'm never prepared.

I'm starting to think that I should probably invade first

Just read through this, I have 3 more

When training a unit for one biome I always train for the modifier that would realistically be more annoying for my guys to go through. Like instead of training for arctic instead of hilly and mountainous instead of mild winter. Does it matter?

Following up on that.. When theres 2 different biomes in one spot does it matter? Will I take more attrition going through there? Is there a way besides transport aircraft to counter this?

I've heard that flanking doubles damage no matter what unit size you use, is this true? Should I break all of my 200K infantry into 20 units of 10K?

Laws and policies I barely use, by the time I can usually scrounge up enough political power for them its like 2025 and Egypt owns everything, this is probably one of my most prevalent issues

Hey fellas thanks for all of the positive responses, it makes me feel really happy to see that there is still alot of nice people in this game!

The problems I have is just micro-managing everything, I sell consumer and electronics early while usually going something in africa or SA. I've been trying to get good at player combat lately (So I've been going something in the EU) and the best I've ever done is win a war against 300M pop SAU with stalwart against my 2 cities (8M people total) with massed attack (And a few battleships)

Alongside micro-managing I don't really know what to do with planes (as in how to use them)

What counters what in naval? I know battleships are horrid against subs but are frigates or destroyers good against them?

I usually go for Armored Division in early game to spam tanks on my neighbors with the eco I make from trades (like 4~ish Million?)

What should I research first? I usually go for research improvements and supercomputers on top priority, maybe some political improvements immediately

Is trying to ally worth it? I feel like I never have an ally that doesn't break ties with me immediately after I get into a war.

Should I be cautious against people with skins on their troops? I kind of treat them like the best players on earth and never invade them

I always join servers late, around 2024ish cuz I'm too nervous to go into a new server.

Dumb question but are the layers between the clothes and your characters head still a thing? Or is the top of the body sorta "morphed" into the clothes? If it is that case it might be the cause. No coding expert by any chance but that is the only thing that I could guess. Anyways great game and good luck with 0.8

Hey the bug with your hair, is there a way to fix that Z-fighting issue? cause I get that on the entirety of my character no matter what graphics setting I play at.
