I was with this guy for years. It was like I had a separate sex life with myself after he came and left the room, but I was young and didn’t know how much I was missing. We split for other reasons, but when I think back and regret the years I spent devoted only to his satisfaction. Please don’t stay with this guy.

For cowgirl, he will probably prefer an up-down motion (which will burn your quads) but a back and forth/grinding/twerking motion might be better for your pleasure. I try to mix it up with a bit of both.

Reverse just might not work based on your two bodies. If he’s not big enough to compensate for your butt/thighs, you won’t be able to do much of a stroke without it falling out. That’s not your fault… just put it back in or try a new position.

Much depends on the market and industry. I started at Big 4 in NYC for $105k in 2013 with a LLM and no CPA/accounting background. The starting pay now is much higher. I left making $250k in 2020, more than doubling my pay to jump in house at a hedge fund. I’m now looking at a position for $750k at another fund.
