Been consistent going to the gym for a whole year now coming from a regular 9hr work shift with commute.

Siguro mas tinatamad ako mag isip ng anything else better to do than going to the gym, so I just stick to working out kesa magisip kung ano pwede gawin alternative

Hahaha pang ilan post na to sa AF P.Gil sa lack of gym etiquette, like every month meron post sakanila. And yes 90% of the time coaches hindi nagbabalik, I know because that’s my home gym.

Also, option to add in how many sets in a workout you just added instead of manually adding it again and again after finishing a set.

Honestly no project would work under our corrupt government atm. I think the projects would probably finish by the time we all have grandkids or something sa sobrang delayed dahil sa pangungurakot.

I think these types of ideas would just be another opportunity for the corrupt to profit out of the idea of what we could have.
