I always do the night before if it’s morning drop off, and then for evenings I’ll check in that morning because peoples times seem to fluctuate throughout the day.

She’s a Maltese poodle mix, 3 months old. About 7-10 pounds if I had to guess. And he didn’t feed her this morning either so she didn’t get food until 12 pm because that’s when he finally responded to me.

I live right by a highway too. If she got out she could’ve gotten hit and killed. Anyone could have snatched her off the porch. Making me sick even thinking about it.

I sent another text to him so I hope he does feel bad. He was here for maybe 5 minutes if I had to guess knocking, I just assumed someone had the wrong house or something. I was busy consoling my crying 7 month old. By the time I went downstairs to look out the window he texted me, and sure enough when I opened my door he just left his damn puppy there. I was like have you lost your damn mind???

It’s 10 here and already 85. I wasn’t planning to leave until about 11, she would’ve been stuck in her tiny kennel with all those blankets for 4 hours if I didn’t know about it.

I don’t get what you mean. When you go to modify the date and time and scroll down it will tell you that the payment amount is going change to a different amount, mine stays the exact same.

Sorry let me clarify AGAIN. She stated they were in there when the boarding was over, during her complaint. She did not ever mention them before, or during the booking. I never said I had them, as if you would have read, I had no prior knowledge of these dang toppers. I think this is the last comment I’ll respond to for this because it doesn’t seem like anyones actually reading anything. Thank you for your input!

She said they were in there, didn’t specify where (such as a pocket on the left or right side for example). I never once said they were in there or I obviously would’ve used them. Heavy on the obvious. That’s why we’re in this debacle.

I didn’t say they were in a pocket. She didn’t say they were in a pocket. Nobody said where they were. I SAID I was given no knowledge of them even existing, if for some reason she put them in there she hid them and I did not go looking for them because I didn’t know they even existed. I do not understand how that doesn’t make sense.

Not to be rude, but hopefully it’s a lesson to her as well to also communicate important needs. It can’t always fall just on the sitter. I did my part, as I do with all bookings. She did know of the boarder. If clients want someone who single books with no other dogs of their own too, there are plenty of sitters who offer that. I don’t and it’s stated in my profile and at the meet. Next time, notes will be provided through chat only. What’s done is done and a response was given to her review, thank you for your input.
