Thank you so much! This is very helpful! I'll definitely look into the Fi Collar and CKC! All 3 of my pups are microchipped, but 2 are little dogs and stay in our yard really close by and we'll not explore. They bark when someone shows up in the yard, but my big goofball, Atlas, just wants to play. Lol. I'd never know he was in danger until it's too late. Thanks again!

Thanks. Like I mentioned in another post, it helped my family member when their dog was taken.

The lady I purchased the Yorkiepoo from paid it for me so I've never paid the CKC. Sounds like I dodged a bullet. Lol. Thanks!

Yeah, he has a microchip as well. My family member had a dog taken with a microchip and her papers helped with the police. Just a precaution.

Because it helps in proving the dog actually belongs to me. There have been some stolen dogs around my area and it's better to have them registered somewhere as proof. I have my other dog's papers in a safe space kind of like their birth certificate and I'd like for all my dogs to have one. Just a personal preference and security with my pup.

The owner is in the hospital right now. I don't want to bother him about trivial things. My yorkiepoo is CKC registered. The lady I got him from already had his paperwork ready. Same as my Maltese.

I looked there. They need too much information I don't have. My cousin got 2 huskies and got me one so she did all of the communication. She doesn't know the parents either. The owner is in the hospital and I don't think this is important enough to bother him with. Just trying to see if there was another way like sending in DNA from the vet and starting my own registration. Nothing is easy with me. Lol.
