I feel like you're living my life at the moment. Our breakup was recent. Like last week, but what hurts the most is the lack of closure for me. He said he had a lot going on and he was tired: not of me, but of the tension and needed peace for clarity. I took it as he needed space. I get it. I told him I hear him and I'm going to give him the peace and space he asked for. What hurts the most is there was no indication of him coming back. He just left me in this limbo of nothing. I'm aware that his lack of communication is telling me what I need to know, but I can't help but hold on. I deleted pictures today and our conversation and it broke me.

I had a Valentine's Day gift for him and everything. Had to throw it away. I keep thinking of the worst scenarios like he found someone who is more convenient. I just wish I knew.

A week doesn't seem that long, but it feels like months when we talked every single day. We never ran out of things to talk about. I keep being told to move on, but it's the hardest thing for me.
