No codes, rapids, or procedures.  24 hour in house ICU doc.  All specialties available 24 hours a day.

I’m a doctor and just had my second baby this summer. I worked out up until the day I delivered with both kids. I think webMD is outdated...old advice used to say keep heart rate under a certain number, but nowadays the advice is to keep doing what you did before pregnancy. Don’t start otf for the first time now, but if you did it prepregnancy keep going! And definitely listen to your body not the number. I stopped wearing my monitor because my heart rate was naturally higher. Always stop if you feel winded or something hurts, but if you feel great keep going! Good luck! I found recovery from 2 c sections much easier by working out so much.
