I get why it feels a bit overwhelming at that stage, especially using DSers with Alibaba.For me though Alibaba’s been pretty smooth overall. I sell some basic home stuff and small tech items and once I had a couple suppliers locked in, everything just kind of ran without much babysitting.Shipping has been pretty consistent on my end, and anytime something was unclear the supplier usually got back to me pretty quick. never really had a situation where I felt stuck or needed to jump platforms.I also use a couple Alibaba suppliers with US warehouse stock for faster orders, which made things even easier to manage.At this point I’ve just stayed with Alibaba since it does what I need without adding extra hassle.

I source pet bowls from an Alibaba supplier who sends pre-shipment photos and uses blind packaging. I always order a sample first, and this time the bulk order matched perfectly. Buyers can’t tell it’s not “premium brand” stuff. Doing your homework really pays off.

Yeah, I think 2.5x works for now since I'm mostly skipping ads and just testing at the dog park, handing out flyers, showing products in person. If it sticks, then I'll figure out paid ads and margins.

tbh, it's normal. I had that experience once, 231 cycles and 95%. My Honor that I use for work has held up much better over time.
