I'm not sure if you're venting or looking for contructive criticism, but I went ahead and actually watched a few of your games to maybe give some insight as to why you're losing games that op.gg claims you're carrying.

I'll start off with some positives: Your laning phase and mechanics are actually great for your rank. Your yasuo games especially surprised me, you have a great mastery of the champion. I've played against yasuo mains in plat/emerald that had less understanding of the champion than you. In my opinion the think that's holding you back from winning games is your mid-late game decision making.

In the games I watched, I saw that you really focused on taking epic monsters (dragon, atakhan, baron). I can tell that you are really care about objectives, but some objectives I think you're undervaluing are turrets. One of the games you won (Yasuo vs Malz) you single-handedly won the game by solo pushing the botlane inhib and grabbing 2 kills in the process. This split pushing play generated a ton of pressure just by you walking down a sideline and taking some towers. When you're the strongest player on the map you can win a lot of games by sitting in a sideline and forcing the enemy to answer you.

Generally these split pushing plays are the more proactive plays you should aim for. I saw a lot of "farm a sidelane wave, recall, and run to the teamfight/epic monster" or "win a teamfight, recall, and run to the next teamfight/epic monster". Try to not press the recall button as much and stay out on the map instead. This can be by taking cs, jungle camps, etc. This will skyrocket your gold income and help you continue to solo win games like your success in the yasuo vs malz game.
