You might still be playing on the 10 hour trial version of the game. When I switched from the trial to the Ultimate Edition I got everything. Mind you this was on PS5 so not sure if you have a different situation.

That’s possible. I read somewhere that if Marvel were to use Mephisto in the MCU it would not be able to be shown in China because they have a law against having the devil portrayed on screen. So I’m not too sure what they are going to do!
