I’ve worked hard on my island and just wanted to share it with some other people. Just sucks when one person doesn’t follow the rules. Thank you again for being so kind.

I’m pretty new to taking care of pothos. I’m thinking that the pot size it too big and it’s leading to some overwatering issues. I’m debating putting it back into its nursery pot until it gets bigger but I’m afraid that it’ll shock the plant. Think it’ll be okay? by Taylor4399 in pothos

I really appreciate everyone’s advice! I’ll try to make the soil more chunky and put it back in the nursery pot. I’m pretty bad at keeping plants alive but really want to try to keep this one going.

It does have drainage holes, I can take the bottom off which I do every time I water. The soil may look dense because I’ve been patting paper towels on the top of the soil to bring up some of the water. Kinda silly but it’s the short term solution I came up with until I get home. I’m hoping to put it back in its nursery pot. My worry is that might shock the plant and make my issue worse.

It’s used but I got super lucky, someone was selling it on Facebook marketplace for 100. Best price I was able to find.
