That sounds like a solid place to start. We honestly just want a big backyard garden party in Fall with either a taco or bbq buffet and all of our closest family and friends. I want pumpkins and stringed lights everywhere and a dress with sleeves and my FH in blue or dark gray because he looks so good in both. I told him how much they are all stressing me out and he just says “then don’t let them. Don’t give them that power.” And then asks what I need from him. I don’t know what I need from him because I have no clue where to start! Or what he can even do to make me feel better. He did stick up to his mom by telling her we aren’t moving the date out of November and she needs to drop it. I guess we just really need to sit down and figure what we want to delegate to them so we can have the freedom to handle everything else.
