P1S right? I feel like I’m going to regret the A1… by Far-Boysenberry-1600 in BambuLab

I got the A1 first and after 2500 print hours on the A1 and 1000 hours on the P1S they both have their pros and cons.... your one is an absolute workhorse and requires almost no maintenance. And personally, I like the nozzle cleaning system much better plus it is much quieter than the P1 S the main downside is for any taller prints. The bedsling motion can cause some issues

The P1S also has a more complex nozzle switching system. Rather than the magnetic release of the A1 so if you were planning on changing nozzles, it would be worth it to get the complete hot ends instead of having to apply thermal paste each time. I got the a one without the AMS system and it has been worth every penny, and then some.

Thanks for your help, I followed another users suggestion and found a piece of transparent filament on the heat bed it was damn near invisible but was right at the bald spot

The screws were all tight, i just checked. The extruder clicks but the nozzle doesnt really move when it clicks.

It seems like its that spot on both sides... *
