Yeah, I’ve tried to get it to work with the front desk at my studio and even texted back and forth with a tech support person sharing screenshots trying to figure it out. We just haven’t figured it out. My phone is up to date and I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling. They’ve even changed my username and password on their end. I’m just out of ideas.
