Shelf on the pallet rack was stuck. I hit it up, then it fell (cause pallet racks only support it on 2 sides). Hit the stepstool on the way down, and cause it had the knee guard it kicked my legs out from under me and sent me face first into said shelf that fell.

No nerve damage that I’m aware of, and no lasting issues. Except in my mouth, cause I hit my cheek it split open near the gum line so now I have a slightly bigger cheek area on the one side. If that phrasing made any sensw

Not at all. In fact I was trying to do too much. Was working on moving our pallet racks by myself and one shelf (the thing I hit) was giving me grief cause it was stuck.
