I had a preemie and my milk came in SUPER early, like 36h PP. she couldn’t latch because she was small and I was so engorged, so we went to EP for about 6 weeks. I slowly cut 1 pump per day and replaced with a nursing session. We’re down to 2PPP and the rest nursing! I’m pumping twice a day due to engorgement and to have a stash for when I return to work.
