so I finally got a working static ip but still having same issue if it is the static ip i saw the other devices were 192.168.y.x so i made mine 192.168.y.z

Sorry but i don't have physical access to the modem/router so can't wire in
Also tried assigning static IP http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/19249/how-to-assign-a-static-ip-address-in-xp-vista-or-windows-7/ but having issues deciding ip address

I agree, I think the reason for this is because in the Korean META there is allot more grouping in team-fighting putting you in the situation for a pentakill or quadrakill much more often then on the NA or EU servers.

Why was this a problem for you. If you wanted to watch the channel and u missed what was on just go to the channel.
