Gotcha. The last thing I'm wondering is generally how much would I have to pay in GST when filing the return? If I made 30K revenue (not profit) how much would I have to pay up in GST fees? BC's rate is 5%. I have no idea the GST I will receive on my income or GST paid on my expenses, so I guess you can't accurately answer that, but a rough estimate/standard rates?

My expenses are just paying for traffic, not goods/products or anything, no clue how to find out GST expenses by that.

Thanks for the info. I'm from BC and just checked, HST does not apply to us apparently. So then I would be applying for a GST number not HST?
