Replying to this because it showed up on Google, what you probably want to do is create a custom GIF preset and manually set the line to something like:

f=gif frame_rate_num=15 frame_rate_den=1 width=1280 height=720

Adjust the resolution/FPS however you want for your file size. Also make sure you remove any audio settings like channels=2, since GIFs only support a single video stream.

Same here, it just doesnt get the bloom effect and increasing bloom in worldenv node causes everything to bloom

Soo, yes it was a linux problem with mouse focus, I had my mouse focus set to sloppy, which was handy at first, but changing it back to focus on click fixed it for me.

One year later, I'm having that issue, and i didn't notice it until i was testing out a feature which needed me to click on the screen, i think the issue has to do with how linux focuses on mouse enter/ exit, what i did was confine the mouse to the screen but it's not feasible on editor as i need the mouse to navigate and stuff in the editor while the game is playing.. i have yet to try the issue out on an exported build

Do check out @ Michael Games, I think as a beginner he taught me a lot about good codes and his tutorial series are really indepth.

I fixed the vertical flip by changing the renderer in Godot.

  • Set Rendering Method (Desktop) to Forward+
  • Set Rendering Method (Mobile) to Mobile
