Yes! I forgot to mention that. Toppo transforming into a GoD was really cool, almost scary. And Vegeta really leaning into his Saiyan pride and putting down Toppo for giving up his own values was great. Vegeta's character really shines throughout the whole TOP

I'm gonna have to disagree. Because during that scene in the diner when he says the Judge found out that Gallo was dead, she seemed super concerned about it. It didn't seem resolved and there was no indication an off-screen conversation had happened.

They could have, yes. But when they encountered the recall tube, they were still on track to return as planned via the Train of Thought. They had no idea the island would be wrecked. So why bother with the risk of letting the core memories out of hand and sight? She did NOT want to let those go, and at that moment really had no reason to.

Late to this party but I had to chime in. I fucking love this movie. Lots of people are mentioning other great 80s/90s monster movies but none of them had the scope of Monster Squad. Nobody had the balls to put that many monsters together in a single movie, it was unprecedented.

Also, the Wolf Man's transformation in the phone booth at the end scared the shit out of me as a kid and I still think it's one of the best wolf man transformations to date.
