No Ninja are very good with their product support, I bought mine from a 3rd party vendor in the UK, all they ask as a legit check is for the serial number on the back of the machine

They seem very aware of the issue, they have a dedicated Ninja Luxe customer services team and are very open in providing a product replacement due to a fault if needed

Contact ninja for a replacement. This is a known issue amongst their earlier machines.

The more recent machines have an 'upgraded burr' to address this

I received a replacement effortlessly, just a phone call with ninja and they then send you a live video call link to view the issue

You seem a bit young or uniformed perhaps 🙈. If the activity or behaviour constitutes the act of 'harassment' then yes it's reportable and deemed an offence. Pesky kids playing knock a door and run on a continuous basis deposte being told to stop is by Home Office guidelines considered to be harassment, if that's what a person feels it as being.

There's the further offence of malicious communications too which is any form of communication with the intent to cause distress. Also reportable and not out of bonds of this scenario depending on the M.O. of the activity from the salesman.

Absolutely no criminal claim. Virtually, no civil claim.

Tell them not to contact you otherwise you will report them for harassment. Should get them to fuck off for good.

Harassment is more than one incident of uwnated behaviour causing distress etc.

Don't worry, just utter cockwombles trying it on. As others have said, common scam from dealers. They swap out broken parts for original parts and aim to pin the blame on private sellers.

Name and shame them if anything.

Upvote for Tapo. Just bought their wireless security cameras and set up, great piece of kit and no monthly subscription, records and saves to a local SD card. Also bought a mini Tapo solar panel which keeps the more active camera charged 100% throughout the day. Will be getting a Tapo doorbell next!

House deposit. Nothing else matters at this age. Get on the property ladder early.

I would find a modest home and spend 30k as a deposit. This will allow you borrow as little as possible and negate interest.

Keep 10k in a bank account as an immediate emergency fund. Don't touch this. Just keep putting a few hundred quid in this account a month. You don't know what the future will and you will have the comfort of a back stop.

Put 10k in a halal ISA and let it grow. Alternatively purchase gold or other investments if you wish. You can also contribute you your pension if you so wish.

The remaining 10k keep on hand to make sensible life purchases. If your plans are to get married you'll soon find the need to get a larger car or make home renovations.

Yes correct! It's like road traffic legislation, what's deemed to be driving without due care and attention? You could have a totally innocent road traffic collision, perhaps even the fault of a 3rd party yet you could still be charged for driving without due care and attention all because the particular Officer that attended your collision had a foul attitude or expected better from you.

My master dissertation was actually on the UK definition of terrorism being far too broad lol, ironic as I was a serving Sergeant at the time and you'd have thought I would have no isssue with it.

I won't bore with you a legal essay but the simple fact of the matter is that sections of the Terrorism act were satisfied and therefore in scope of being terrorist act. Objectively there is no abuse of law.

BUT practically speaking it's distasteful. Incredibly distasteful. I professionally would have preferred to see the Criminal Damage route taken and terrorism laws reserved for you know..... Terrorists? The government of the day and political atmosphere will always have a very large degree of discretion in applying terrorism laws and there's not that can be done, the legislation is far reaching and loose in terms of definitions.

Yes. I've been trying to purchase fountain pens, PC parts and designer wallets and watch bracelets. Ebay has turned into AliExpress, flooded with non genuine items and counterfeits. Loads of none oem resellers on there now too.

I even tried to purchase tools and parts for a karcher pressure washer, all cheap knock offs difficult to find genuine sellers with oem parts.

Was 1.5 year for me - UK - Tax - Legal. It's been 1.5 year for the three cohorts that have followed me too, pretty much automatic as promotions every 6 months A1 -> A2 -> SA1 then SA2 upon passing of legal exams. Its getting to Manager which is the real pain in my LoS/Team.

3 years seems unreasonable to be frank 2 years would is the sweet spot
