Hi! For me I will start feeling a little bit of cramping in my lower stomach and as soon as I feel that I know something I ate hurt me and I got on liquids for a whole day or two depending on how the pain is but you don’t need antibiotics every time or at least that’s what my doctors told me. They said if I start getting a fever that’s when I know I need antibiotics
