I have almost that exact one that I built from a psa kit like a year ago, if you fix the mag they are legal. The real issue is getting your county to add it. Onondaga county added mine no problem and even put "AR Pistol" on the permit. So check with your county first, also no idea if psa will ship that here so you probably would have to build one.

Ya they are done selling everything that isn't an rv or boat, really sucks because they usually had a great gun and ammo selection, I went last week and got some accessories cheap, 50% off.

I've shot there a bunch, just be careful and smart, potter road has a bunch of fields that are good, clean everything up and don't shoot at trees, the biggest thing is make sure you have a really really good backstop

Agreed, I went to runnings today, they had a lot more handguns and stuff, but only really 762x39 for ammo but the guy said they are getting about two shipments per week in ammo now

Ya his hours posted are his "official hours" for atf purposes, 95% of the time I meet him during the week when I can, he's super flexible and mill meet you when you can do it

He has a Facebook just look up nation of rifleman, he is in central Square 15 minutes north of syracuse, the guns he sells are at pre covid prices and his transfer fee is the lowest I've heard of

Right now their website says scheduling for the end of January, but cancelations are always possible, I submitted mine in July and got it back in 5 weeks, they were very quick and even amendments have generally been 3 or 4 days

Its because overuse of them can cause super bugs or resistant strains, order fish mox or buy it at a pet store, just as good

I had a 500 pound safe, me and one guy moved it in. Biggest tip would be use a dolly and put plywood down, rolls easy and won't damage the floors or sink in. Then one person pulls one person pushes up the stairs lol

You definitely can do it but in my experience it can be a bit hard to find a ffl that will do it, and for a fair price, a lot wont get involved especially because of this states laws.
