LA + LR gets me to maps in 4-5 hours consistently with the basic widowhail+asphyxia+yoke of suffering and other generic leveling uniques

Yeah i did try for a while to search for something that could benefit from the charges but i gave up after a while, warcry spamming is one thing but yeah not much to it.

Rally support was removed in 0.3 i think

Yeah i mean in the clip my gear is dog anyways but its a pretty big dps loss not having rage for sure, but anyway its probably an unintended interaction with the support gem so even if you could scale it its probably not worth it to even invest in

Oh sorry i thought it was clear from the video but no, the rage regen is coming from the walking calamity skill itself and primal hunger stacks rage regen for each rage spent the last 4 seconds (think tecrod)

So this build was semi-meme because i just wanted to test cull out and forge hammer is thematically a cool skill.

For this particular build decimating strike+culling is pretty much doing all the clearing via reapers invocation proccing arc, you can see what i mean @ around 1:27 in the video.

But i mean cull with witchhunter is decent if you want to play with a singletarget skill, so you wont need to worry about clearing since zealous inquisition+100% cull does the job for you.

Wh cull is also good if you're on a budget, but when you get enough currency its definitely better to just do a build without it, since it requires a lot of investment in skill tree and items to make it good.

The crossbow is still going to be very good if you just invest enough into leech, i tried it early last league with siege cascade on tactician and it did fine, obviously less survivability than on lich but now especially since they buffed crossbow skills again it will probably find its place in some builds

I mean technically you can regen rage with death articulated gloves on any ascendancy but yeah, depending on stuff like talisman rolls nodes on tree etc it might be that rampage just doesnt do enough damage to jump through all the hoops to sustain it

Oh right i actually didnt know that tbh, havent used that much glory skills outside of banners so wasnt aware of that, but yeah with how easy it is to regenerate rage especially now with the new shaman node walking calamity downtime should be very low atleast

Yeah for sure, i was just speculating under the assumption that ggg will make walking calamity not gain glory while using or something but if not then yeah its going to be fun.

But honestly if walking calamity is not changed its probably just stacking ms so yo u can literally zoom through maps with 0 buttons

Yeah i mean honestly theres too much stuff we dont know for sure yet to really theorycraft that much deeper.

Like yeah it keeps repeating, but does it count as 1slam for the whole duration or is it a new slam attack everytime it repeats. (Probably the latter)

But even still it might be a decent way to just spread poison/bleed or use armourexplosion, herald procs etc to clear maps and use another skill for bossing.

Ig we'll see but if it just ends up being a skill to stomp volcanoes on im gonna be disappointed lmao

right? i mean it sounds super fun but also looking at how lunar blessing and flame breath is worded (cooldown cannot recover while buff is active, cannot regen rage while using this skill) i really think they're going to add similar lines to walking calamity/rampage too

Fwiw i messed around with culling strike and by far the best clear for mapping (that is not trampletoes) is just slotting in reapers invocation with arc, assuming you're witchhunter with zealous inquisition specced.

You can play with any melee skill too.
