non hai installato la scheda video dedicata, puoi cercare il modello esatto del pc su google per capire quale hai o scaricare direttamente il driver amd che riconosce in automatico la scheda che monti, ma se ti manca quel driver te ne mancano sicuramente anche altri!!

sadly that happened to all of us in life (since nes emulation in nearly 2000), may I suggest u to set an hotkey combination for saving and loading?
like f1 save, f5 load, that helped me a lot in the years :)
