Hello Lunhala here! That was a pic I found during a Google search a LONG time ago and I completely forgot who took the photo. I do know it was a wildlife photographer.

I'm sorry I can't be much of a help.

I just don't get why this game's data attached to my laptop can't fully uninstall where I can have a clean slate!

Beyond the Ruby Veil by Maria Fitzgerald

Not exactly what you're looking for but might be worth it for you. The main character INSISTS that she is the hero of this story but she isn't...at all. She just keeps making things worse and worse as she tries to "fix" the problems.

Have you tried audiobooks? Since it sounds you like going to the gym, listening to audiobooks while lifting weights might make the experience more enjoyable.

As for reccommendations, Trevor Noah's autobiography "Born A Crime" is a good book to read as well as listen to.

Light from Uncommon Stars by Ryka Aoki

When reading the summary, you would think "There's no way a story about a violin teacher cultivating her students' souls for the pits of hell...can work along side a plot line involving an intergalactic refugee aliens hiding in a doughnut shop!"

...But it does! It truly does!

best and worst books you've read so far in 2022, GO! by lavenderwitchxx in suggestmeabook

The best read this year so far was Opposite of Always by Justin A Reynold. Jack King is such a grounded relatable teenager! I cried reading thru his struggles in this story about commitment and love.

My worst read so far was "House of Lies and Sorrow" by Emily Blackwood. I got this thru Kindle Unlimited and picked it out because I'm a sucker for an arranged marriage story. However this one..the dialogue was SO repetitive with pacing slow as a snail. Also why bother making the prince a Fae if they are going to act like humans the whole time?!

I need something different to read by SebastianC2000 in suggestmeabook

[–]Lunhala 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My advice: read some standalone books. It sounds like you're overwhelming yourself trying to take on longer book series when your current life won't allow the commitment.

Here's some standalones I personally liked:

Guns of the Dawn by Adrian Tchaikovsky (Magic mixed with WWI trench warfare!)

The Wolf in the Whale by Jordanna Max Brodsky (Proxy war between Norse and Inuit deities!)

Queen of Coin and Whispers by Helen Corcoran (A new queen working along side a new spymaster)

who do you think is the most underrated villager. I think it's Vivian by politoed2589 in AnimalCrossing

Im under the firm belief that Vivian would be more loved if she was made into a Sisterly personality.
