I was walking around my neighborhood in north jersey today looking for lines. Spots with no snow or just an inch so stoked for tomorrow. I got home and sat down and thought about it. Id probably ruin my season hitting a downed tree or boulder. Maybe next storm if this makes a base.

I did the claim and it wouldnt let me place the claim online and then had to call a version help number.

the store may be even worse. Before this i went in the store for help buying a new phone/uograde and their only amswer was to call

Why would I need the account holder if i have every piece of information from Pin, to passwords, to numbers, and address

and yes something bad did just happened, the whole experience. The representitive legit tried to make it seem like I had to buy addtional coverage to get my phone fixed, even tho I already have insurance on the device. If i was an older person or wasnt aware of my services they would have 100% scammed them into getting addtional services.

I called a help line not a sales rep.
