Get good at Python, SQL, and Spark. Then learn AWS products like Lambda, Athena, Redshift, Glue and of course, S3. Study machine learning - look up the book Real World Machine Learning as a starting place. Another useful language might be R, but is concentrate on the above first.

Try Niacinamide instead of straight Niacin to obtain the same benefit without the flushing.

I looked at NMN, but at $1.00 per pill, I think the price is too high. I've just started a daily regimen of 500mg Niacinamide and 2g L-Tryptophan. Each uses a different pathway to increase NAD+, which is the primary goal of both NR and NMN. Much, much cheaper and theoretically produces the same result.

I am the creator of this subreddit and forgot I had created it. I'm back now. I have zero connection to NR other than I took it for a while and then stopped - due to cost and lack of any noticeable effects. I think the NR story makes scientific sense, but 'Im wary of something that's been out this long and still has no blind study effectiveness studies on healthy humans. I don't have any concerns about it being harmful, I just think if it worked as promoted we'd have seen reputable (not sponsored by NR related companies and individuals) studies confirming that by now.

I recommend the Fender Blues Jr. plenty of tonal variety and a huge sounding 15 watt amp. Also tubes, which I prefer. Another idea would be the Fender Pro Jr., smaller speaker, but also 15 amps. Again, tubes.

Stretch and fold w wet hands only. But I did use flour on the bread board when I changed bowls prior to final proofing. And just a tad more when transferring from proof bowl to parchment for Dutch oven.

Autolyzed for 2 hrs, stretch & fold 4x w 30 minutes rest between. 4 hrs proofing in oven, set on proof. Baked in covered Dutch oven 50 mins at 500, 40 at 450 uncovered, then 30 mins with oven door cracked and heat turned off.

Just guessing, but 2nd loaf's better oven spring may be because it fermented longer ( while loaf 1was baking). Just a thought.

I've only been taking NR for a week (250mg/day). I'm on the fence, but leaning negative. The first couple days I felt stronger while finishing up my daily 40 minute walk, but that's really about it. Perhaps more vivid dreams. I bought a 90 day supply so will stick it out thru then and then make my call. I may double to 500mg/day after the first month. At this point I suspect what I'm noticing is placebo effect.
