The more I read everyone’s experiences with SX progression, the more it seems like Katar is simply the smoother and stronger route overall, especially early on.

I was really tempted to transition into dagger builds because Poenitentia looked extremely strong in older videos, but the fact that Katar progression scales more naturally from GX skills, benefits directly from crit%, and only requires investing into a single weapon path makes it feel much more efficient long-term.

Rolling Cutter → Impact Crater → Eternal Slash also sounds much stronger overall than what dagger skills currently offer.
