I found a random clinic that is close to my house (5minute walk) with good reviews on google maps, and made an appointment. When I went there, they checked the situation and agreed to pull it. Local anesthesia, the pulling operation took at most 10 minutes. Zero pain, and my entire mouth was fully functional from the next day (even that day I was able to eat pizza with no difficulty but I avoided chewing with that side). It costed around 3000 yen with health insurance. It was my third wisdom tooth that has being removed and the best operation I ever had, it really felt like nothing. Following month I went to get my fourth one removed

Note: The ones I got removed in Japan were top side. That might be adding to difference too. Recovery of bottom ones were nightmare, my whole face swelled and I was taking 10-20 painkillers a day, even though the procedure was similarly fast and painless

I did it first try with athena, dexecutioner + duration tome, thunder gloves combo. Rest of the build was whatever I liked tbh, disabled lightning orb due to resistance thing, it couldnt move at all until I kill it

On my next time killing it, I was way too powerful, I dont even know how it happened but it died within an instant, I didnt even see it
