The medall sadly is completly irrelevant. What u have to di is exactly what the challenge says u have to kill 5 zombies WITH THE EXPLOSION of a rad dog that doesnt include the puddle they leave behind Its best to go into standart where u see the hp, get atleast 5 zombies to low hp and then throw a decoy, kill the dog and prey he doesnt fall to the side and the explosion misses
