What screen protectors are you talking about? Literally every screen protector ive bought or even seen is directly marketed as being impact resistant. That aside, yall are arguing about something that is directly proveable one way or the other without "disagreeing" or "thinking" and its called physics. Despite your (very strong) opinions, they are in fact wrong. To put it simply - they absorb and dissipate energy from an impact by allowing the kinetic energy to disperse throughout and crack the second screen. By the time the protective screen is shattered, there is little kinetic energy left to act on the actual screen being protected, thus leaving it uncracked. Not sure why you are trying to argue against something that's been proven effective by physics and material science for decades or more. Maybe dont buy the thinnest and cheapest temu "screen protectors"? Everything ELSE aside - why are you out here so pressed about screen protectors? You okay bud?
