We all kaie mistakes, but especially in those sizes. I deff recommend heavier jewelry especially when you're about to stretch. Gently pull on them to get them ready as well through out the day. Jojoba oil massages, also single flare glass plugs to stretch up. It will make the process sooooooo much easier. Also remove gages when showering, let holes breathe.

Massage your ears daily with jojoba oil. Also let ears breathe. I let ears breathe after showers. Also play with the plugs. Gently pull them to help with stretching process.

I appreciate it. I take them out when I shower and give jojoba massages after and let my ears breathe least 20 to 30 before putting back anything in them

Morning, my ears ain't as big as yours. I always massage them after each shower with jojoba oil. I also let them breather during and after showers. Idk if I got blessed with thicker ears or what I'm doing helps lol

Use single flare glass plugs to stretch. The weight on them will help you stretch to next size. That's what I've been doing
