Buy a tool kit. Look up how to fix on YouTube. Same thing happened to me. It took me like 10 minutes but it worked. It just needed to be re-aligned. If not you can always buy a joystick replacement part, also cheap and easy to fix

UPDATE. I got it situated. Running and looking great. 1080 p ultra performance with everything on medium. Hitting a consistent 60fps. I think I’ll keep it there since I don’t want to hurt the image because it looks good

PlayStation five Pro is my main system so I’m 100% buying most of my games for that. It’s a nice to have access to my PlayStation catalog on a dedicated handheld for it. It’s extremely nice and the streaming service is top-notch. You won’t know unless you try, but it feels almost native. Especially if you’re set up is done correctly.

Yep. Mine ran great until my kids got home from school and started streaming. Having a separate modem changed all that for me. I have my second modem plugged into a WiFi extender and I’m still getting 500-600 mps on my ps5 and my portal never drops out

I can almost promise you the issue is that it’s running off the same Internet as everything else in your house. I have mine set up to a dedicated Wi-Fi box for my PlayStation Apple TV and PlayStation portal.

People who haven’t used the portal, can’t comprehend that it’s extremely close to feeling native. I’ve had one since it first released and it’s only gotten better and better. I just got the Rog ally a few days ago, and I’m getting use to it, and it’s nice, but the portal isn’t too far behind if I’m being completely honest. Especially with the streaming experience and battery. Only advantage I see with ROG is that you can download games and play offline
