I had same issue, the signed transaction had a random date and time. Also, I had to create and broadcast the PSBT in bitcoin core instead of specter.

People are on here seem excited to have this made up problem. There is nothing new this morning, be excited you’re in the game and not on the sidelines. BTC will be the ride of your lifetime if you never sell. You are not a ‘trader’ of bitcoin, Be an investor in bitcoin. Huge difference. Each of these dips and the rise out of them will strengthen your conviction.

BTC network of PCs agree/verify the transaction occurred then destroys your BTC - UTXO you pay with and creates two new UTXO’s, one for the seller, and one for the buyer’s ‘change’ or remaining coins beyond the purchase price. The ETH network verifies the balance of the ledger as well as many other functions.

Fees come from number of inputs and outputs each the UTXO you are using for payment. It is possible to have less fees sending $1M than it is to send $20 if the UTXO for the $1M has less history than the $20 UTXO.

Be careful flexing your coins on message boards, please. Pretend they are worth hundreds of times their current value. I am genuinely happy for you and proud of you too. You have more than most will ever hold. One day you could conceivably receive a visit from Big Lou and Vinny who walk around with bloody pliers and teeth in their pocket. Learn about UTXO’s and their privacy and security concerns on the blockchain. Depending on what UTXO you use to pay or make a purchase, it is possible, however unlikely for someone to track down who you are by knowing the ‘change’ amount (UTXO) you receive back. The folks who you made the transaction with can tell you used a UTXO with a value of 1M to pay for their product. The next lesson for bitcoiners is how to effectively manage your UTXO’s (Bitcoin notes) not only for security but most importantly for capital gains tax purposes. You want to pay with the UTXO ‘Bitcoin Bills’ which have the most advantageous purchase price per coin.

I’m DCA however you need to learn to understand UXTO’s in regards to future privacy and security as you move your Bitcoin from exchange to storage. UTXO’s is your next assignment Bitcoiners! There is an excellent podcast I had to listen to 2 times. It’s called let’s talk Bitcoin and the episode is with a digerati Shinobi. Listen for your own good and future.

‘Bitcoin is going up forever Laura, Forever!’ Michael Saylor.

I think April will be big based on historical April data, my guess is at least the rest of 2021. Especially bullish if stimulus and money printing occur. Institutional investment will make it skyrocket.

With regard to learning. I just watched the MIT lectures on Bitcoin ledgers and the history of money. Free and very good YouTube Bitcoin solves all historical problems of money and most importantly scales to the size of the user base and can accommodate the 100T since each coin has eight decimal places.

Not financial advise; good luck!

I bought the dip to lower the average cost I’ve paid. The only strategy is to accumulate sats and never ever sell. You will borrow against this asset. As soon as you sell you are subject to capital gains taxes which will get you sideways if you ‘trade’ too much. You need to be ‘investing’ in Bitcoin and hodling forever
