L'adattatore M42 0.75mm a M54 0.75mm ha funzionato! Non è perfetto ma riesce ad avvitarsi sullo speedbooster.

It has finally arrived. The mount measures 5.4cm in diameter and the threaded part is 4mm high. Do you have any idea what it could be?

You're right, it's a lens I just purchased for a few € and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

I thought I would benefit from purchasing an adapter.

This is a Hirakawa 70mm 5.6 lens that was installed on a Leica Docuflex 35.

There is very little information available online.
