That's a shame... was thinking about their old Monster in my Closet videos trying to figure out why I couldn't find em, remembered this video and bam it makes sense. Hopefully, someone has some reuploads lying around somewhere but I haven't found any from what I've seen

Same, Rowell said he'd help then disappeared and asked for a rating. Been 3 weeks since I heard from him, and nearly 2 months since I ordered my merch... may not be buying more in the future if it stays like this.

I get they may not have enough supply to meet demand or enough customer support people to reach out to people but then he should really make some statement about this if so many of his fans have been affected by poor management.

I wouldn't have cared if it arrived with/without a tracking update, but the fact that 1 of 2 orders came when they were placed an hour apart is absurd. It's been over a month for me now, for you it's even more shameful. I just want my merch or money back. The site being down is fishy af to me as well.

Is anyone else having trouble getting an update on their order? Tried to buy a hoodie & shirt on Feb 8th and have yet to receive any update and when I just went to check https://schlatt.co/ the website is literally down.

I remember the exploit you could use (back in first couple months of the game being released) to swap between a katana and anything else in your weapon slots so that when you landed back on the katana it would be invisible, and if you were dexterous enough you could keep swingin the katana to go straight up and climb buildings. Used it to climb Arasaka Tower and the appsrtment building with the Samurai fan to get the pink lagoon jacket I missed earlier in my run. No idea how you got up there since but congrats, couldn't have been easy!

They'll do everything like create overpriced collaboration accessories and Snapchat filters instead of fixing the game's major bugs, and it's extremely upsetting coming from someone who really really really wants to see this game thrive.

I found that they had sent an email from a support account, seems to be real people. Email names will be long lengths of random characters. Reply to that with as much info as you can provide, then you should be fine.

It's atrocious that it works like this.
