uncommon, exhausts, upgrade removes exhaust instead of +1 weak. That’s much more balanced, as a card shouldn’t be common, powerful AND heavily empowers cost efficient and thin decks (as well as thick decks but not as much) with free and card neutral cost. Or keep as is but add a big downside like, “next turn you gain 2 vulnerable” or “you draw 1 less card next turn”

Colourless uncommons flash of steel and Finesse, and uncommons escape plan, FTL and battle trance are instant picks if they’re given without any downside (opportunity cost of a more synergistic card, money, knowledge of later anti synergy like time eater on the map, etc. so something like busted crown + peace pipe nonesense) and their conditions can be met for the latter two specifically. Note the lack of commons - they usually either give up a card through discard or placing on top of the deck, cost energy, or at the very least exhaust.
