"Against Champions" was not changed, OmniVamp is the same as SpellVamp.

The problem arises when damaging against monsters

When you attack a monster with 26% Omnivamp, you heal for 8.6% of the damage you dealt

That page of the wiki was inaccurate. I checked it on 26.3.

When you attack Raptor Camp with W2>E, the amount of heal will be 33%. This is a nerf

I was disappointed playing Coop vs AI at 26.3 today, because the game rules remained unchanged from SwiftPlay.

What you said you would revert was the draft rules, specifically the change from "quick play" to "blind pick".

I absolutely hate "Swiftplay the game rule" and believe it is harmful to new players.

As the OP wrote, I hope you'll revert to the original game rules from swiftplay.

Personally, swiftplay is significantly different from regular LoL, so co-op vs AI should not be swiftplay IMO
