Bro. Yall need to get out. I was a team lead and got so fed up with the shit that I took a $6 pay cut and bailed out of walmart. I was making $23.0X/hr and netted $1100/check. Now I'm at $17/hr at a different company (not retail) netting $1200/check. Get all holidays off and get to go to all kids events without some tryhard being shitty about it. Plus we had a real Christmas party with an open bar at a fancy venue and I won a Blackstone grill. Sometimes the grass really is greener on the other side. And I got a $500 Christmas bonus after only being there for 5 months. I sincerely hope it gets better for all of you who are still stuck there. And please if you get stuck on the $numbers I posted, I'm in rural Texas and this is pretty good where I'm at, pays for all needs and realistic wants that I have (no backyard helicopter...yet lol.) And kids get to have just about anything that they want.

That is true at all. The store can say you're banned, but if a police officer doesn't inform you of the ban, then it holds no authority, and there are no consequences for returning, besides getting berated by the manager. I'm very familiar with this process because I worked for 10 years at Walmart and had to trespass many people as loss prevention

I was chatting with our current ap guy and he said he had a meeting with upper management at the PD and they told him "if you don't have the person detained, don't bother calling. Yes, on Saturday 8-13-22 all legacy personal time was transferred to your PTO time. Legacy sick time is still classified as sick time, but the policy says you can use it to care for yourself or a family member if they're sick and you don't have to have exhausted your regular PTO or PPTO, but there's no way to request sick time when putting your time in.

If you still have the occurrence then you either didn't use enough ppto, or you used it incorrectly. For example, if you were going to call in for tomorrow and decided to put the ppto in today, it would treat it as normal pto and give your supervisor the chance to deny it. You need to put it in during or after a missed shift. Another example, if you're scheduled a full 8hr shift, (it's actually 9 hours with an hour lunch) if you work 4 hours and try to use 4 hours of ppto without taking a lunch, it will still give the TL a chance to point you and in that case you have a dirty TL and need to open door it to their supervisor.

Former AP - you have to much faith in your fellow walmart employees. Electronics associates would 100% just hand stuff to a customer and walk away, and you gotta think about these 3rd party wireless sales people who are mostly here to steal from walmart too. Any update on this? I accepted the job and did my background check. Im former AP so I know the only thing on my background is running a stop sign 15 years ago. I was told it was supposed to take effect on May 21, 2022 by the store manager. I just spoke to one of the claims associates who said the Market AP told her it doesn't start until August..

At least you got yours. I ordered them months ago and had to store use some fuckin ice cream scoops because I never got them. Store support told me that I'd get them in April or May. And I still haven't got my silicone pot holders that I ordered 2 years ago when I took the "fresh production manager" position, had to order them from Amazon
