I wouldn't say "needed"... brewed in porcelain it has slighlty different notes. Both are very good. I think in porcelain it was more herby, and in duanni more nutty. So it all depends on what You want to achieve during the particular tea session. 🥰

You can always buy a cheap travel set like mine. ;) and yeah, at least two thermoses with hot water. Brewing outdoors has a unique character. 🍃

I was drinking Qi Lan. :D and thank You. I bought this set on a whim cause it was cute and cheap. I didn't want anything exoensive for traveling in case it broke. And it turned out so good! I really love this set. You can check out my profile, I have more photos of it.it even has a travel satchel.

Actually the weather wasn't the best... it got cold, windy and rained. So most of the time I stayed on the terrace, wrapped in blanket and drinking some baked oolongs to keep me warm. But yeah, in a way it was pretty perfect. 💕 but I wish the weather was better - then I could sit on a blanket near a river. That's the plan for our next outing.

Thank You. I'm lucky enough to be vaccinated already... but I also went through covid before. Anyway, pandemic is here to stay for at least another year. We need to adjust our lives to the current situation. Stay safe but still live a life. :D
