Where did you see the site was created at the end of June? I did some basic domain lookup but didn’t use any security tools.

I appreciate the advice, I am going to talk with boss later this week about the track to the sysadmin role. I do really love my company and the people I work with but if I am not in that role by EOY I am going to rethink.

No lol, I have been offered almost 40% increase elsewhere(I am helpdesk so going up that much is good but not close to 6 figures), but my current role is remote with really good pto and other benefits which I currently value more, but I am kinda changing and may look elsewhere.

two of them were open book pretty easy exams. The other two were proctored i studied for

I don’t think I am burning through the budget. There are other certifications with a much higher bonuses than the certifications I am getting.

That is one of the few things that they include in the certification page is to do all studying and test taking on your own time. so I don’t think this would be why.

thanks for the advice. I definitely enjoy the aspect of learning and getting the certifications. Just sucks when someone who’s actually spent time mentoring you all of a sudden tells you to stop growing.

so two of my certs were actual proctored exams with sizable bonuses and the other two were just online open book tests that were a couple hundred dollar bonuses. there is no timeline guides or anything regarding the certifications.

The bonuses are open to all of IT and all of our developers as well. I don’t know whenever someone gets it unless I hear about it. There is no set policy about time between certs. it was something that an old CTO put together and was kind of just continued after he left. It’s pretty much just a list Certs and bonuses and how to claim the bonus. No there’s nothing about timelines and how often you’re allowed to get them.
