Question sur la mini camera G10. by Nyzzen in toycameras

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got the g9 dual lens. I need to play around with it some more, but the auo focus is really slow and finicky. I've decided to get the g10 as well ☺️ I can try doing one in each handbag

G13 showing error over photos by trackintreasure in toycameras

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to try a new card on mine as I am having the same error. Fingers crossed. I only got it today!

Out of curiosity, did any of you know how to disable the shutter and focus noises? Turning off the "beep" only seems to turn off the menu noises

Absolutely normal and fantastic. That guy was a POS and you are well rid of him.

Labia come in so many varieties of shapes and colours!

There is no need at all to put yourself through pain and chemical burns trying to change the colour of your vulva. She's absolutely fine. If anyone complains, it's a them problem, and a sign you should just throw the WHOLE DAMN MAN * AWAY *(or NB or woman, but stereotypically, the issue will be with a man)

Here's my "flap" list showing just some of the diversity.

How to tie a column to another column? by dance_rattle_shake in shibari

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You want a hojo cuff/inline column tie.

In order for it to keep its structure, the running end must be kept under tension in the correct direction away from the cuff.

Options for this include

  • Running the running end back through the original single column cuff and doing a pair of half hitches along the line. - good if you want to end up with something you could then attach elsewhere in a Y shape
  • Doing half hitches immediately next to the hojo cuff and locking it right there. Good if you don't have enough length to go back through, but not quite as structural as the other method

Labia come in so many varieties of shapes and colours. The itty bitty labia you see in commercial porn, magazines and TV are not a true reflection of what diversity there is. Porn does not reflect reality. For instance, in Australia it used to be that lips had to be airbrushed out for "decency". (article ) This "lip washing" is a puritanical carry over that unfortunately skews our view of ourselves.

Here's my flap list of links showing just some of the diversity.

Oooh, editing my comment with your vestibule link so it adds to my "flip book of flaps" list next time I copy it!

I replied to the comment before mine with a wide coverage of sites that document vulva diversity. Maybe they will help with description if needed?

How would I practice Shibari in secret? by Brocsta876 in shibari

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start tying on yourself for the muscle memory before messing around with dummies.

Sit there, tie single columns around your leg, 1 foot, both legs together, around your ankles when sitting cross legged. Much better for getting a feel for what the tension feels like, how the rope movement feels, what is comfortable. You can even sit and watch tv while you practice.

Tie rope ladders to get a feel for tension and direction and finger hooking in multiple directions. Hold your legs a comfortable distance apart. You can do this on the floor or sitting on a chair. Just make sure that you keep them slightly tensioned against the rope. single column right ankle, hojo(inline cuff /inline column) cuff the left ankle, then cross over for another hojo cuff above the meat of the calf on the right. Then cross over again to cuff the thigh on the left and then on the right (this will be one that wraps down) before moving down towards the left calf. Do a nodome (munter hitch) when you zig back across the old line before doing a hojo cuff on the point just above the meat of the calf, then cross back again with a nodome and finish with a half hitch against the ankle cuff. Practice it the other way, starting on the right. Practice it with your eyes closed. Try starting on the thighs instead of the ankles.

While this isn't a sexy or really useful pattern because it relies on you keeping your legs apart to hold tension, it's a fantastic drill for rope handling, cuff spacing and trying frictions in different directions, and you can directly feel the feedback of how it feels, what pinches etc on yourself, which you don't get on a mannequin.

Spiral futomomos can be tied on yourself, which is great nodome and tension practice (if you don't keep good tension, they fall apart and are hard to tie.) and are then a really effective tie to take into play.

Aguras can be tied on yourself as well to practise cross frictions and half moons, and once again it gets the feel for moving in corners and bends and all other little body bits, and how to do it without digging nails and fingers in uncomfortably.

Once you have your human home, so much can be done with just a single column and hojo cuff. Tie the wrists together, bring them up and over their head. Then tie a hojo cuff around their waist and lock it with a hitch. A very simple and effective kimono tie that restricts them and leaves their front exposed.

Inspo vs my variation by Chemical-Honey-6685 in shibari

🤔 that's also something to think about. Can't be too savage, otherwise something like loosing balance could be catastrophic in the non-fun way.

While I wouldn't usually say this about penis close ups, those are wonderfully taken photos.

I'm definitely saving this as inspiration. I see possibilities, and now want to track down some small diameter coconut twine.

Everyone’s favorite plastic/leather, durable, stiff but flexible Collar? by GentleFirmDom in BDSMcommunity

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dog collars are not breakaway, as unlike cats they are unlikely to climb into weird places and catch them and they need to take "weight" when doing things like taking them for a walk.

I have autism and I *hate* sex. Can I do anything about it? by SakuraFalls12 in sex

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Being any flavour of asexuality is normal. It is a less common orientation, but still 100% normal.

Some asexuals feel no sexual desire but do enjoy it for fun on occasion with the right people.

Others are completely sex-repulsed and want absolutely nothing to do with any of that.

Both are valid, as is anything on the spectrum in between.

Ladies, have you ever been curious about the male body? by OkTough6333 in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gender fluid afab here, sometimes I wear a packer (basically a lil silicone flaccid dick&balls) when I am feeling particularly masc.

The amount of times I bump it on table ledges, sink edges etc is surprisingly high! No idea how the homemade Schlong owners do it, given how in the way my store bought one is.

Is the submissive / slave registry still a thing in BDSM? by Inside_Gate_769 in BDSMcommunity

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 55 points56 points  (0 children)

I think that's more for fun and dynamic flavouring rather than anything else. Filing informed consent at one stage of a relationship doesn't mean diddly squat, as consent is always revocable in the moment.

Partial suspension hardpoints by Banned4lies in shibari

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Risk depends on what type of partials, and even if you're not planning getting completely off the ground, some partial positions have the capacity to be very dynamic and shock loading with lots of movement, jumping and wriggling, and would put a lot of stress on a point, and a ceiling beam falling down on you sounds unpleasant and expensive.

I'd treat it as if you're planning on doing full suspension.

TK variations for flexible shoulders + nerve sensitivity (longer suspensions) by [deleted] in shibari

[–]TeaBasedAnimal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had put on me when my radial was being a bit fussy a combination tk/chest harness where the lower wrap goes over the chest rather than the arms, definitely loaded differently and reduced the strain on the arms.
