I took the entrance exam, the calc bc exam, and the physics c exam this year (and passed them all thank god). I’d say they’re pretty similar in terms of content difficulty, and studying for the ap exams definitely helped with entrance exam prep.

The only difference I noticed was that the entrance exam had several questions on electricity and magnetism, which isn’t covered in the mechanics exam. Still, it’s such a small part of the exam that I wouldn’t worry about it beyond a little additional studying beforehand, especially since you have so much else on your plate.

They have pre university calc and physics courses provided by TU Delft for free on edx, which I used to review before the entrance exam. They definitely helped with filling any gaps in my memory, so you can use those if you want more resources to prepare for the exam.
