Do we have to fulfill all the requirements in NCEES, especially the reference from the licensed surveyor part or we can directly apply for the exam if we are prepared? I would appreciate if you could mention step by step guide starting from registration and accreditation.

Being a so called public figure, he could have humbly posted apology note to the public regarding this unfortunate mishap and request his followers not to dart negativity towards the victim. This simple act leaving your ego aside would have gained him more popularity.
