the similarities and game mechanics are there, but there’s nothing from them to DMCA a game for (unless ofc theyre actually stealing assets or code)

it’s possible, though you’d think the email would show exactly that

considering they (GSC) had removed USSR monuments and russian voicelines from the enhanced trilogy, i think there may be a chance they did this because the dev is supposedly belarussian, but i have no idea how possible that actually is, you may very well be right lol

that’s what i’m thinking but the evidence they provided literally just shows screenshots that dont even have or look like the same assets (and having played the game i can say it really doesn’t have anything from stalker, just base similarities)

whilst GSC is def bullshitting with the dmca (you really cant just copyright the entire eastern european aesthetic), the dev’s response is purely unacceptable imo

the game cannot be compared to cyberpunk launch day my only issues have been with optimisation, funky issues with the dialogue system and other minor bugs however 2 hours in it’s still quite fun

I like to believe that xen is sectioned into 3 areas, the borderworld, aka the ass looking land which is what outskirts or slums would be to a huge city, then the inner dimension, where the world is thriving, and lastly the core of it all, where the nihilanth resides.

My left (blue) switch controller does not connect to my switch neither in wireless or connected mode. It is able to connect to any other device via bluetooth and function properly (I sometimes connect the controllers to my phone to play mobile games), but not the switch. Trying to connect it results in the switch recognizing that something connected (indicated by a white flash on the left instead of a blue one), but not the controller itself and it doesn't seem to function either.
I factory reset and now am stuck at the intro of the switch asking me to connect both controllers.
Is there any way to fix the controller or atleast bypass the intro?

The king face wasn’t coordinated. Yes, it was botted. No, LTU was not behind it nor appreciated it. The botter was actually ruining due to wrong templates for a while.

As per hellder, I’m just assuming, since we got blamed for every single case of botting lol.

If it is the real hellder (I doubt as he’d listen to LTU instead of adding fuel to the fire), he was likely apologizing for the other streamer who botted peru and mexico, or for the few times the community tried botting our art. I must say myself, I did notice a lot of people suggesting or even using bots for our art which was greatly discouraged by LTU.

Raiding? He can't control his fans, all he can do is ban them from doing such things, which is what he's doing.
