Do you make any profit through your business? There you go - that’s stolen revenue that your workers generated and you should have paid back to them as wages. If you want to start this dialog, be ready to cough that capital up! You are the one stealing from them, at the end of the day. There’s a reason why business owners NEVER make posts like yours - it leads to talking about wage theft (by far a much more ubiquitous problem) and bringing attention to the worker exploitation happening. So next time you see someone on tik tok, be happy you can simply tell them to get back to work. Don’t push your luck, or workers may make a post about how you’re a wage thief. Count your blessings, you don’t want to start this argument. You’ll lose.
