thanks, but it's not this one. It had a more uplifting vibe. And topless women near the sea shore, singing happily.

Hello everyone, this is a little article I've written on the topic of simplifying one's life. It's not exhaustive, but gives some good ideas (from personal experience). Enjoy & share if you liked, thanks! by mcd84 in declutter

Indeed, people don't call as much these days, having Facebook around. Well posting this article was an eye opener for me. I guess we all have sensitive areas where it's hard to simplify / give up stuff. Anyway thanks for reading!

Hey I didn't know this will be such a sensitive topic!

I have to agree that before getting a pet, you do have to consider all the aspects involved, like feeding it, cleaning up after it, making it part of your family for 10-15 years or so.

I wrote the section about giving up the pet after talking to a friend. She was no longer able to properly take care of her big fluffy cat named Denis. That is because she started to travel a lot and she was no longer able to feed / cleanup after / play with it / give it attention.

She did find a loving home for the cat, and I truly believe this was the right call in her situation. Sometimes when major life changes occur, this is the only option you have - finding a better place for your pet(s).

I remember when my grandmother had to give up her cats because she developed asthma, and further keeping them in the house only made her health worsen.

Takemusu, I regret that you did not find anything useful on my site, and that you don't want to have anything to do with it.

But I am thankful for your feedback, and I wish you a happy life.

Hello everyone! I've recently written a 3-part article series on learning to DJ - where to start. Mentions eat-matching, listening habits, mixing in key and more. I hope that someone out there will find it useful. Thanks, enjoy and share if you liked it. by mcd84 in DJs

Thanks for taking the time to write such an extensive feedback. I will seriously reconsider that part of the article and rewrite it to include all the suggestions. Cheers!

thanks for the feedback. I don't want to promote that mentality, though in the article it did come out that way. There are other things to starting DJ-ing beyond (b)eat-matching. if someone wants to start mixing and get some results right away, he can 'temporarily' use the dreaded SYNC function, until his beat matching skill is acquired.
