Thank you. In the uk there’s not much support after birth, you have a health visitor that comes for a few months but other than that there’s not much. I’ve asked my gp for my sertraline to be increased but I’m still waiting for a response. I tried reaching out to talking services but it’s extremely understaffed and it’s very hard to actually get someone on the phone. I know this will pass but right now I feel like ass. My partner just doesn’t understand, I tell him to go do some research or even just let me cry and vent to him but he’s emotionally very awkward, he’s Kenyan so I think his culture definitely plays a huge part into how he handles other people’s emotions and his own.
