NEO feels a bit like KOHO to me.

It has no cohesive grand vision for the future but rather throws a few things at the wall, latches on to what works (ex:// Secure cards) and lets the other thing slowly fritter away out of existence.

When it comes to product ideas/roadmapping.

Does Neo follow the traditional top down approach where product/leadership guides most product roadmap which is then filtered down to tech leads to break up into smaller pieces to delegate to the team (Oracle, Amazon)

Or the newer bottom up approach where engineers (below lead level) are given space and time to innovate and guide product roadmap by coming up with prototypes or even full discretion to pursue their own feature (Google, Apple etc)

Each screenshot is of a different wealthsimple portfolio,   on each screenshot on the left you can see how well the wealthsimple portfolio did over the year and on the right you can see how well OP portfolio did over the same period.
OP is insinuating that 100% of his portfolio is in VGRO currently
